To review achievements, recognize excellence, plan for the future, and further enhance the professional competence and overall effectiveness of the communications team, the Mingshi Information Center convened the "2025 Annual Communications Work Summary and Outstanding Contributor Recognition" meeting on February 4, with all team members in attendance.

At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the editorial committee of the Information Center provided a comprehensive review of the year's work. Through detailed analysis and interpretation of the communications efforts in 2025, the presentation covered four key aspects: an overview of achievements, highlights and experiences, shortcomings and reflections, and future outlook and measures. The content was thorough and well-supported, evoking both pride in our accomplishments and a profound awareness of areas needing improvement. In light of the company's rapid, high-quality development, we recognize that our communications work must keep pace, inspiring a sense of urgency and mission. We are obligated and committed to serving as diligent "documenters," "communicators," "connectors," and "enablers" of the company's growth.

During the meeting, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as "team building, skill enhancement, content mining, and content refinement." They also exchanged innovative ideas on leveraging new media platforms like Douyin and short videos, laying the groundwork and opening possibilities for future creative endeavors.

To recognize excellence and set benchmarks, the meeting evaluated contributors based on criteria such as the volume of published work, content quality, and dissemination impact. Two individuals were awarded "Outstanding Contributor," one team received the "Outstanding Organization Award," and one project earned the "Best Dissemination Award." Honors and certificates were presented on-site.

This meeting served not only as a work summary but also as a gathering to foster consensus and strategize for the future. Standing at this new starting point, all communications team members will seize this opportunity to elevate their professional skills, delve deeper into content creation, diligently share the Mingshi story, actively amplify the Mingshi voice, provide stronger public opinion support for the company's growth, and strive to pioneer new frontiers in communications work.
