The Warmth of Mingshi: Protection and Responsibility in Critical Moments

2026.02.12

Recently, a touching real-life story unfolded within the workshop of Mingshi Company—a race against time to save a life, an urgent rescue that exemplified team spirit, and a moment that imbued the term "Mingshi People" with the warmest meaning at a critical juncture between life and death.

On the day of the incident, the workshop hummed with the sound of machinery, and production proceeded in an orderly manner. However, a sudden dull thud shattered the calm—an employee felt suddenly unwell during work, quickly turning pale, losing consciousness, and collapsing to the ground. The atmosphere in the workshop instantly grew tense.

"Quick! Someone has fainted!" A sharp cry broke the silence. Colleagues nearby reacted swiftly, without a moment’s hesitation, immediately dividing tasks and launching an urgent rescue effort—a true "race against time." They worked with clear division of labor and seamless coordination. Some quickly dialed the emergency number, clearly and accurately reporting the location and the patient’s condition; others hurriedly set up a barricade to ensure the scene’s safety; while several colleagues who had received first-aid training rushed forward, laying the patient flat to ensure an unobstructed airway and performing CPR... Without any formal command, they moved in perfect unison; without any orders, everyone fulfilled their responsibilities.

Time was of the essence. When emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene, they immediately took over the rescue efforts and highly praised the response: "Your actions were extremely swift, and the CPR was performed according to standard procedures, winning precious 'golden time' for the subsequent rescue!" Ultimately, the employee was promptly transported to the hospital, stabilized after emergency treatment, and is now on the path to recovery.

This rescue operation not only showcased the spirit of mutual assistance and responsibility among Mingshi employees but also served as the best testament to the company's friendly, positive, and supportive team atmosphere. "Responsibility shines in critical moments, and genuine care emerges in times of need." We are grateful for the encounters we share and for the warmth we find in one another. Though we come from all corners of the country, the time we spend working together each day may even surpass the time we spend with our families (excluding sleep). In moments like this, we can truly feel the tangible meaning of what it means to be "Mingshi People."
