At 10:22 a.m., the auspicious moment arrived—the General Manager, accompanied by over 50 members of the management team, administrative leaders, and workshop supervisors, gathered in the square to conduct traditional rites and offer prayers. A ceremonial table, facing south, was arranged with offerings including a pig's head, live fish, pastries, fruits, red candles, and incense.
