At noon on June 18, the factory canteen, usually bustling with the lunchtime rush, was transformed into a lively celebration venue — adorned with banners, balloons, ribbons, uplifting music, and waves of laughter. Under the theme "Spring Gives Birth, Summer Nurtures — All Things Flourish Together," Mingshi's Q2 Employee Birthday Celebration was held here, bringing together nearly 140 birthday honorees and staff for an unforgettable and heartwarming time.
Upon entering the venue, the signature wall was already filled with the names of the birthday celebrants. The reception desk was surrounded by smiling employees, who moved gracefully through the check-in process — distributing souvenirs and offering warm wishes of "Happy Birthday" that felt like a gentle spring breeze. Soft background music filled the air, mingling with the sweet aroma of fresh fruit, cake, and the unmistakable scent of home.

At 12:00 noon, the celebration officially kicked off with an enthusiastic opening from the emcee. Mr. Yao, a company leader, delivered a heartfelt and inspiring birthday address that resonated with everyone.

Three rounds of fun relay games — "Ping-Pong Egg Transport," "Ring Toss," and "Horse Sense" — followed in quick succession, instantly bringing the atmosphere to a crescendo. Birthday honorees from April, May, and June formed teams for friendly competitions, with cheers and encouragement echoing across the room. Some carefully balanced balls as they moved forward, others impressed the crowd with precise ring tosses, and some may have lost the game but won the room with their smiles. Regardless of the outcome, everyone walked away with prizes — and more importantly, the joy of teamwork.
Midway through the event, two rounds of lucky draws were held, with prizes presented by two company leaders and won by two fortunate employees. The applause and red envelopes sent the excitement to new heights.

During the entertainment segment, Zhao Kangqin from the machining workshop of Mingshi Xingxin Valve made her stage debut, performing Jeff Chang's classic song "Overdone" — her natural stage presence and soulful voice drew admiration from all. The emcee, Teacher Huang, followed with a powerful and uplifting performance that earned thunderous applause.
Then came the most touching moment of the day — as the birthday song began to play, candlelight flickered softly, and the entire room sang in unison. The birthday honorees closed their eyes and made their wishes. At that moment, there were no ranks, no departmental divides — only a family of colleagues offering each other heartfelt blessings. "Happy Birthday!" — click — the camera captured the warmth and happiness.

A single birthday celebration, yet so much Mingshi spirit. Just as the theme says — Spring gives birth, summer nurtures — all things flourish together. Every Mingshi employee is the most beautiful part of this thriving landscape.
